Attendees will be responsible for travel (air/land) and lodging, but most other amenities will be hosted by sponsors. To promote the social and relaxed element of the conference, we encourage your guest to attend the hosted activities and meals.
For hotel accommodations, please contact Stein Eriksen Lodge at (866) 996-0034 and reference “Winterfest 2024.” The conference rate is $859.00, and guaranteed until January 8, 2024. Reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.
Attendees and their guest may choose one activity – ski or spa, for each person on Tuesday, February 13.
