Attendees will be responsible for travel (air/land) and lodging, but most other amenities will be hosted by sponsors.

The conference rate is $895.00 per night and is guaranteed until February 6, 2026. Reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.
Attendees and their guest may choose one activity – ski or spa – for each person on Tuesday, March 10.
