Attendees will be responsible for travel (air/land) and lodging, but most other amenities will be hosted by sponsors. To promote the social and relaxed element of the conference, we encourage your guest to attend the hosted activities and meals.
For hotel accommodations, please contact Montage Big Sky and reference “Winterfest 2025.” The conference rate is $1050.00, and guaranteed until January 27, 2025. Reservation requests made after the cut-off date will be confirmed on a space and rate available basis.
Attendees and their guest may choose one activity – ski or spa, for each person on Thursday, February 27.
