Data Centers: What’s Actually Getting Built and Powered?
Data centers are booming—but find out from the experts what is actually being built. This panel breaks down the types of facilities coming online (hyperscale, colocation, AI/GPU-heavy builds), where they’re being sited, and the real constraints shaping delivery—power availability, interconnection queues, permitting, and cooling choices. Hear practical perspectives from developers, utilities, and operators on how projects secure reliable power and meet cost and sustainability goals, and what’s most likely to get built next.

Capital Markets Access Remains Key
Public and private markets are no longer treating clean and traditional energy as competing bets—they’re financing both as interdependent pillars of an AI-driven power economy. Clean energy is riding structural tailwinds and electrification demand, while traditional energy surges on reliability and grid-balancing needs amid skyrocketing data-center load. This panel explores the roles that IPOs, SPACs, and M&A are playing in this shifting landscape—and what companies must signal to win capital and scale in a market where resilience and deployment credibility rule.

Call to Action: Can the Winterfest Community Help Save Utah’s Great Salt Lake?
In 2024, when Winterfest was last in Park City, Utah, we watched and listened as filmmakers and grassroots advocates sounded the alarm about the precarious relationship between the Great Salt Lake and the “greatest snow on earth” the Winterfest community has come to enjoy in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah for more than 20 years. Our panel will hear from experts on the diverse ways in which innovators and investors, including from our Winterfest community, can join storytellers, advocates and policy-makers in the fight to save the Lake.
